Brnzo ships gifts, flowers, home decor, candles, vases, cozy lifestyle products, and smart gadgets across the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods may need a little extra time.
Personalized gifts, floral items, fragile decor, and smart gadgets may also require additional checking before shipment.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time after processing is 5–7 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Please order early for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and time-sensitive gifts.
Shipping Cost
We offer flat-rate shipping for $2.00 USD on U.S. orders.
The shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment. We do not add hidden shipping fees after purchase.

We currently ship to the United States.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in more than one package if items ship separately or require different packaging.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, address issues, or product availability may affect delivery time. Brnzo will help review delayed orders, but we cannot control carrier transit once the package has shipped.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, especially when sending a gift to someone else.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us quickly at info@brnzo.com. We will try to update it before shipment, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailbox areas, and the carrier.
Brnzo will help review the issue, but packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier may not qualify for refund or replacement.
Failed or Refused Delivery
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refused package, or delivery access issue, reshipping costs may apply.
For flowers or perishable gifts, failed or refused delivery may make the item non-refundable.
