Refund policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, clean, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging when possible.
All included parts, accessories, manuals, tags, labels, inserts, and gift packaging should be returned with the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. These may include:
- Fresh flowers and perishable gifts
- Personalized or custom gifts
- Opened or used candles, scented items, wellness items, or hygiene-related products
- Used baby-care products
- Used or damaged smart gadgets
- Items damaged after delivery
- Final sale items, if clearly marked
Flowers and Bouquets
Flowers and bouquets may vary slightly in color, size, bloom stage, wrapping, and arrangement. Fresh flowers and perishable bouquets are usually not returnable unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition.
Personalized Gifts
Personalized gifts are made using the details submitted at checkout. Please check spelling, names, dates, and messages before ordering.
Personalized items are not returnable unless they are defective or made incorrectly by us.
Home Décor, Candles, and Vases
Home décor, candles, vases, and standard gift items may be returned only if unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Candles that have been burned or opened in a way that affects resale condition are not returnable.
Smart Gadgets
Smart gadgets should be tested after delivery. Returns may be denied for water damage, misuse, improper charging, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow instructions.
How to Start a Return

- Order number
- Item name
- Reason for return
- Photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, floral, personalized, fragile, or electronic
Do not send items back without approval.

Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, wrong item ordered, wrong color selected, or no longer wanting the item.
If the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete because of our error, we will review the issue and provide the next step.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the approved return, we will email you with the result.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Banks and payment providers may take extra time to post the refund.
Late Refunds
If your refund was approved but has not appeared, please check with your bank or payment provider first. Then contact us at info@brnzo.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered when the replacement item is available. If not, we may offer a refund or store credit.
